Core strenght by the beach

Our Core Strength by the Beach class combines traditional pilates exercises with the peaceful environment of the ocean.

The focus of this session is strengthening the core muscles that support posture, stability and overall movement.

Through controlled exercises, participants develop strength in the abdomen, back and hips.

Training near the beach adds a unique element to the experience. The sound of the waves and the open space create a relaxing atmosphere that makes the workout feel refreshing rather than intense.

This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Movements can be adapted to different levels so everyone can progress at their own pace.

The goal is not only to build strength but also to create a deeper connection between bov and breath.
